Refunds can be requested within 30 days after you've received the product.

If you try to request a refund after the 30 day period, your request will automatically be denied. 

Comprehensively, here's a table of the reasons why you could possibly be rejected for a refund.

Cases that are eligible for refunds	Cases that are not eligible for refunds
Product is damaged Provide photo evidence and a description of what happened.  Product has manufacturing issues. Provide photo evidence and a description of what happened.	There is no photographic evidence supporting the claim. Or the photo(s) given are fake or altered in some way. A change of mind Accidentally ordered the wrong variant, color, or size, of a product. Request was made outside of the eligible refund period. (30 days)
